When People Throw Stones - A leaders guide to Fielding Personal Criticism

2005, Author Blaine Allen by Marsh Moyle. A helpful book on how to deal with Criticism and Gossip.

One of the best books I have read on the painful subject of criticism. It should be read by every pastor and seminarian. Everyone in any sort of leadership will eventually face criticism which is based on real issues and also criticism which is slander and the fruit of gossip or jealousy.

It is a study of how Paul dealt with the Criticism of the Corinthian Church. But also loaded with practical examples of how to evaluate the truth of what the Critic is saying, when to listen, and when not to! When to speak up and when to let the words roll off. How to have a thick skin in order to have a soft heart.
